Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing TNT BBQ & Catering! We are committed to providing exceptional food and service for your event. Because we reserve your event date, schedule staff, and begin planning well in advance, the following policy applies to all catering bookings.
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to reserve and confirm your event date. Deposits are refundable only in accordance with the cancellation schedule below or may be transferred to a rescheduled event as outlined in this policy.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
- 60 days or more before the scheduled event:
Receive a 100% refund of your deposit. - 31–59 days before the scheduled event:
Receive a 50% refund of your deposit. - 30 days or less before the scheduled event:
Deposits are non-refundable, as food ordering and event preparations have already begun.
Rescheduling Your Event
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to change your event date, we encourage you to reschedule rather than cancel.
Your deposit may be transferred in full to a new event date so you do not lose any portion of your deposit, provided that:
- The reschedule request is made before the original event date.
- The new event date is subject to TNT BBQ & Catering's availability.
- The event is rescheduled within 3 months of the original event date.
If these conditions are met, 100% of your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled event, regardless of when the rescheduling request is made.
Cancellation or Rescheduling Requests
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by email or other written communication. Requests are effective on the date they are received.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment whenever possible.
By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.
